About Us

Tara Grossman is an employment lawyer with 17+ years’ experience.  She trained and worked at one of the top litigation firms in the world working for some of the biggest baddest corporates including investment banks and big tobacco.

After winning the £50,000 grant, Tara set-up Litigation Friend to redress the imbalance of power between employer and employee.

She has now now spent 5+ years taking on cases for employees. Her focus has been on helping employees who have nowhere else to turn. Her cases have been against some of the worst offending employers such as British Airways, the NHS and Silicon Valley tech companies. Her specialism is discrimination and in all cases she dives deep into the reason that is driving the discriminatory behaviour to shine a light on what is happening.

Tom has a Computer Science BSc and over 15 years of experience building, maintaining and designing websites, with 10 years commercial experience.

Tom enjoys making use of the latest technologies and web standards. Tom's current interests and learning areas are Node.js, React, Javascript, Gatsby, Strapi and Tailwind CSS.

Tom has co-founded a vegan/vegetarian dating app called TofuTogether

Tamlyn is a commodity derivatives trader turned tech entrepreneur who is passionate about improving access to justice.

She believes that it takes a community to support a claimant through the arduous and emotionally challenging process of standing up for themselves when they have been subjected to often years of disparaging treatment.

She helps run the Litigation Friend community and supports litigants in person.

Jake is a seasoned employment solicitor who loves tackling all sorts of employment issues for individuals. Whether it's a tricky discrimination case or helping with a smooth senior executive exit, Jake's your go-to guy. When he's not fighting the good fight, he’s busy running his own legal recruitment firm.
