British Airways - LF's First Case

Litigation Friend has its first case and it’s BIG!

The Thursday before last, I got a call from a BA cabin crew member about BA’s “fire and rehire” redundancy process.

On Saturday I started a “Litigation Friend – British Airways” Facebook group to see how Litigation Friend could help. By the end of the weekend, this had grown to 900 members.

I then helped this group draft an Open Letter to Willie Walsh which explains the mental anguish they are being put through by this process and also points out where BA’s actions may be unlawful.

The letter was sent on Friday...
